Result of Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting of Churchill Mining plc held today, all resolutions were duly passed.

Following the passing of the resolutions, the Company hasnow completed its placing of 20,000,000 new Ordinary Shares raising  £10,000,000. Admission of the placing shares will take place on 17 December 207, bringing the total number of shares in issue to 65,076,000.
