Filing of Appeal to the Indonesian Supreme Court

Further to the announcement of 15 September 2011 Churchill Mining Plc wishes to advise that the Company has today filed its Memoranda of Appeal to the Supreme Court of Indonesia following the negative decision received from its appeal to the Administrative High Court of Jakarta.
