Appeal to the Indonesian Supreme Court

15 September 2011

Further to the announcement of 9 September 2011 Churchill Mining Plc ("Churchill" or "the Company") wishes to advise that the Company has today filed a notice of appeal to the Supreme Court of Indonesia following the negative decision received from its appeal to the Administrative High Court of Jakarta.
