In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Churchill would like to notify the market of the following:
 
The Company's capital consists of 77,338,514 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Churchill Mining plc is 77,338,514.
